Responsibilities include:

• Support the regional and global HR team to develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
• In alignment with the HR Centres of Excellence, support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. relocation support, benefits administration) and processes.
• Lead on certain HR projects in alignment with regional priorities.
• Meet with business leaders and address questions and feedback, in partnership with the regional and global HR team.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Help facilitate responses to HR inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.
